Using business, work and money to serve God?

This has been such an enriching and timely course for me. As we start a new venture as a family I really needed this clarity and conviction on the Biblical perspective of money management. The discussions and content have been thought provoking and challenging. The topic is such a fundamental area to be clearer on. God has spoken to me through it. I am experiencing a greater freedom in my spirit towards the whole area. My faith has been built. It will continue to have it’s challenges and everyday problems, but I feel in a better position to know where to go in the Bible for help and have a greater assurance surrounding the subject.

Thank you to the group who have helped me get greater clarity on it thru our discussions. Thank you David for the privilege of participating and your insightful challenges and course content. I would whole heartedly recommend it for anyone seeking to know the Father’s mind on money! 

I didn’t think I really needed to take this course because I thought I had a fairly solid biblical theology of business. But I was wrong. This course is more than theology – it’s about getting our hearts aligned with God’s heart so that we are ready to business for him – not for anything or anyone else. It has challenged me to ask the question, “Am I really seeking God’s kingdom first? And how can I do that better through business?

Here’s what I’d say to someone considering the course…

It can feel like your means of making a living and your faith in God belong to separate parts of your heart. This course helps you see how God is present in your work and provision and how Scripture can inspire and ignite what you do in your business. You’ll come out of the course with a more holistic understanding of how God’s ultimate plan for your eternity is present in your workday.

Reflecting back on all I’ve learned through the Untangled BAM course, I noticed this is not just for followers of Christ.  This is for any business owner who would like to grow in stewardship of one’s gift of business.  After taking the course, one will grow from the foundations up as we make decisions based on our daily provisions.  This will in turn give a Kingdom mindset to business and will be a beacon for others to follow.  Everyone (from Entrepreneur to Employee to CEO) can benefit from this course as it gives us a theological and tangible well-rounded sphere of our core beliefs of business regarding Provision, Work, Enough, and Wealth.  

You will be challenged, enlightened, and you’ll see growth in yourself, your employees or coworkers, and in the business itself!  This is a much needed course from beginners in business to mature business people, so don’t hesitate, take the course now!
